For clients who are starting their loc journey: Please keep in mind that every clients loc journey is different. If a picture/video of someone else’s locs is given to the stylist, the stylist will try their best to mimic the desired look but there is no guarantee that the locs will look exactly how you want them to look once they mature.
Please make sure you are happy with the finished look before leaving the chair. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Stylist is willing to make MINOR changes (If possible) per clients request within the first 48 hours of getting starter locs installed. Please know and be confident about what parting method, starting method and locs size you desire before your appointment. Stylist will not redo starter locs unless client pays full price again.
Recommended hair length is at-least 2-3 inches to start and service. Stylist will NOT start locs on those who have straight hair, blunt cuts or pixie cuts. Keep in mind that clients with permed, heat damaged , or loser curl patterns may only be able to start their loc journey using the 2 strand twist or instant loc method
For All clients:
There is a 15 min grace period, $10 will be added at the 16 min mark, after 30 minutes, appointment is cancelled or you can pay a $55.00 squeeze in fee if time permits. To avoid any of this, try to keep your appointment and be on time.
Deposits are Non-Refundable. If you wish to cancel/reschedule, please do so 48 hours before your appointment.
Please make sure you are booking every service including add on’s you want before completing your booking. Request for Add-ons at your appointment is based upon stylist discretion.
No call no shows are forbidden. Deposit will serve as the cancellation fee and Client will be blacklisted from booking in the future. Client Must pay deposit on website (Pay Pal/Debit card), cash is not accepted for deposits. After the service, the remaining balance can be paid via zelle, venmo cash app, apple pay or cash.
Additional Guests: Extra guests are not allowed (unless it was approved by stylist) unless unless they are being serviced.
On the date of Service: Please come in with style fully taken out. Extra $10.00 will be added if stylist has to take out a style.
Color Services: Color services CANNOT be booked online. You must text stylist (215-821-6806) to book this service. I prefer adore (semi permanent) which can be found at your local beauty hair store. I supply lightening agents, but you will be responsible for deciding on and picking out your color that way we can ensure you are getting the exact color you want. The day of the service, please be mindful of clothing choice. Though proper draping will be provided, chemicals can possibly get in contact with clothing. ****NO coloring services until further notices
Appointments: If an appointment has to be rescheduled, please inform stylist 48 hours before your appointment time. In the occasion there are no appointments available for you to reschedule for, you will be put on a waiting list. the deposit is only valid for the month you booked for. There is a strong possibility that a rescheduled slot will not be available for the month so please try and keep the appointment that you booked for.
